For parties of 25 or more please call us on 01782 751199 to make a reservation.

For parties of 8 or more we require a £10.00 per person deposit to confirm the reservation, please click HERE for our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for considering your reservation with The Old Swan

For all reservations we kindly request that diners give us notification of a cancellation or if an amendment is required.
​
For reservations of 8 or more, we require a non-refundable £10.00 per person deposit. This will be deducted from the total bill on your visit. Should your numbers decrease we require 24 hours notice otherwise the deposit will be retained.
​
We require 72 hours notice if you have pre-ordered meals, if this isn't given then the full guest amount will be chargeable.
